Making Community Links

It was a beautiful crisp sunny spring morning for our first Community Coffee morning at Llanasa Community Hall.

We had many key members from the community turn up and learn about the services we offer throughout north Wales.

Reaching isolated communities that are under-served. 

With the current crisis in the Care Industry as a whole we are keen to let many people know of our service that sits alongside the more traditional nursing and personal care.
